Are my details secure?
Raincoast values our customers' privacy. Your payment information is not stored on our website or accessible by our staff. When you make a purchase, your information is processed through the secure payment gateway of your choosing.
What are the shipping costs?
- FREE North America Expedited Shipping for any orders over $150 (CAD) – this threshold is sometimes lower if a specific promotion is running.
- Shipping within Canada starts at $3.95 (CAD), with package weight increasing the price variably.
- U.S. shipping starts at $7.95 (CAD), with package weight increasing the price variably.
- Overseas/international shipping is determined by weight, and is calculated automatically by Canada Post during the order process.
How can I request refund?
We're pretty sure you will love the items you find on the Raincoast marketplace. Our vendors were chosen carefully for their unique westcoast styles, materials, and quality. Due to the nature of our unique, one-of-a-kind products and pricing, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you received the wrong item, or a defective item, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please send us a photo of the product you received, then once we validate the reason for your return, we will issue a full refund within 2-3 weeks of your return (and in most cases sooner) including compensation for your return postage up to $15.
